In 1991 with Bulgaria open to the world, "Mont Liban" was officially registered as a Tour Operator and started to work mainly in the field of Hunting Tourism. Within 4 years of success in the Hunting Tourism field and importing tourists to Bulgaria from all around the world, the company had enough experience and knowledge of the Bulgarian tourist market and therefore decided to put all its knowledge and experience in the service of the Lebanese tourists.

In 1995 "Orient Plus", a sister company to "Mont Liban", was established in Lebanon and started operating as a Tour Operator to Bulgaria only. The great success the Orient Plus had in the first 2 years of operation, forced it to open a larger office, increase the number of staff and serving as agents to "Air Via" to start operating Charter flights to Varna. Bulgaria that knows the needs of the Lebanese tourists, Orient Plus gave the tourists a unique personal service from the time the tourist steps in its office by providing him with all the correct information needed by a unique and up-to-date Information Service System, to the time the tourist steps on the excellent and new aircrafts of Air Via with a service like no other in Charter business, to the time the tourists reaches Bulgaria where an expert multi-lingual (Arabic, English, French) team would be waiting to assist the tourist with all the services he needs, daily visits to all the tourists, Information and Ground Service Center, daily organized tours operated and made exclusively for the Lebanese tourists etc...

All this and the good reputation in addition to the bright new ideas Orient Plus introduces to the market, made it the leading tourist agency in Lebanon in tourism to Bulgaria reaching numbers of tourists traveling to Bulgaria no other company reached since the 80's. With the ever-growing popularity of Orient Plus, the company, at the end of 1999 expanded its office in Beirut and due to the big demand, Orient Plus went International by becoming "Khabbaz - Orient Plus - Travel & Tourism" and by adding new sections of Ticketing and World Wide Tours & Packages, in addition to this, it opened a third huge branch in the Center of Varna, opened "Beirut Inn", a Lebanese & International restaurant near Golden Sands - Varna and introduced its own Rent-a-Service (Buses, cars, motorbikes and bicycles).
